How long does the whole process take?
Typically less than a week from booking to live site. We build everything before your onboarding session, so you show up to a finished product — not a work in progress.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None. That's the whole point. We handle hosting, DNS, theme installation, configuration, and content. Your onboarding session teaches you how to use Ghost's editor — which is designed for writers, not developers.
What if I already have content on another platform?
Ghost has import tools for WordPress, Substack, and other platforms. We'll walk you through the process during your onboarding session and make sure you're set up to bring your content over.
What's Magic Pages?
Magic Pages is managed Ghost hosting. They handle server updates, backups, SSL certificates, and performance. You get a fast, secure site without ever touching a server. Hosting starts at $9/mo.
Can I customize things after launch?
Absolutely. Ghost's admin panel lets you change colors, navigation, content, and most settings without touching code. Your onboarding session covers all of this. And you have 30 days of support if you need help.
What if Concierge isn't right for me?
If you're comfortable with web setup, you can download Norman for $79 and set it up yourself. Concierge is for people who'd rather skip the technical parts entirely.
